For those not interested in the cabinet spirit, I will be delighted to share with you my latest culinary creation. I call this:
"What's left in the veggie drawer"
This would be organic baby carrots, red onions, garlic, fresh green beans, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, zucchini, red cabbage, portabello mushroom, kale, fresh lemon juice, sesame seeds, cardamon, lemon pepper, kosher salt with a pan of cooked and drained beef kielbasa added after the kale was wilted in. Thinking I may need to submit this one to the Backyard Produce recipe page!
